Following a strategic review of our operations around the world, the HSBC Group has taken the decision to restructure its Islamic banking business and will no longer offer Shariah compliant products and services in the UAE, the UK, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Singapore, Indonesia and Mauritius. HSBC will continue to offer Shariah compliant products and services in Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.

HSBC will continue to offer wholesale banking (Islamic financing/Sukuk) products in these jurisdictions and globally through Saudi Arabia and Malaysia

There will be no immediate change to any of your existing HSBC Amanah products and services. We will contact you in due course to discuss a proposed way forward and remain committed to keeping you fully informed of any changes throughout this transition period.
