Smart Form
Providing you more secure service
In our commitment to providing you with better, more secure service, we’re introducing Smart Form: a secure softcopy form that you can use to place payment instructions.
No more manual instructions
With effect from 1 April 2016, we will no longer accept the following types of manual payment instructions and will require you to use Smart Form.
- Fax instructions
- Email instructions
- Free format handwritten instructions
- Handwritten Smart Forms
- TT (Telegraphic Transfer) forms
How to use Smart Form
Smart Form can be used for the following types of payments:
- BEFTN
- Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS)
- In-house fund transfer
- Telegraphic transfer (outward remittance)
- Cashiers order
- Local currency demand draft
- Foreign currency demand draft
- Bangladesh Bank Cheque
Just click here to download the form and fill in your payment details. Then, take a printout of the completed form, signed by the authorised signatories and send it to any HSBC branch in Bangladesh for processing.
Alternatively, you can use Personal Internet Banking, our online banking platform for providing payment instructions.
